The Microsoft Internet Explorer is FREE. If you are already using the Microsoft Internet Explorer in an earlier version, you will want to go to the security update page. Make sure that you read the instructions to download the correct browser for your operating system. This information also includes those of you using A.O.L. Once this is installed, you are up and running!!

Almost forgot another free add-on you might need. The Abode PDF Reader is necessary for downloading some forms and viewing some information. Just click the yellow GET ACROBAT READER button and follow instructions.
If you download or transfer files via the Internet, another good program is Winzip. You can use this program to 'unzip' any program that has a '.zip' extension.
